Vietnam Concierge is a small team based in Hanoi. We design private journeys across Vietnam, run them on the ground, and answer the phone at two in the morning if you need us.

Born on the fairways.
Raised on the road.

We started in Hanoi in 2024 as The Golf Concierge, building bespoke golf trips for travellers from the UK, Australia and beyond. Something kept happening: the parts of those trips people talked about most were rarely the golf. The night on the bay. The cooking class with Văn. The table we booked that they'd never have found.

More and more guests started asking us to build trips with no golf at all — honeymoons, family journeys, milestone birthdays, two slow weeks from Saigon to the bay. Vietnam Concierge is that request, made into a company: the same team, the same suppliers, the same standards — for everyone.

We have now designed and run more than two hundred journeys across Vietnam. We still run every one the same way: personally.

British, Hanoi-based, and the person your enquiry actually reaches. George designs every itinerary, negotiates every rate, and hosts guests for dinner more often than he'll admit. If you message the WhatsApp number on this site, it's him.

Vietnamese, Hanoi born and raised. Hoa runs the details while you travel — confirmations, reservations, the driver who's early rather than on time — and is the second name in your welcome pack.
